AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION

A two-session journey that explores your unique constitution, lifestyle, and health patterns. Receive a personalised roadmap including nutrition, routines, breathwork, and herbal support—rooted in Ayurveda’s 5,000-year-old wisdom for lasting balance and vitality.

PINDA SWEDA MASSAGE

What should I wear to my session or class?

For your comfort and to get the most out of your GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® session, we recommend wearing:

Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely (e.g., yoga or Pilates attire)

Clothing that gently hugs the body so your instructor can clearly see your movements and support your form

Grip socks or bare feet

Bringing a water bottle and towel.

Do I need any experience to join a class?

Not at all! Our sessions are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Each class is personalised to your needs and abilities.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session will not be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Late changes or missed appointments are charged a fee. Please contact us if you need to reschedule.

How do I pay for my session?

We accept secure online payments via PayFast, as well as EFT. Payment details and options will be provided during the booking process.

Can I do these sessions online?

Gyrokinesis sessions and follow-up Ayurvedic consults can be done over Zoom. Useful for remote clients.

What happens in the first Ayurvedic consultation?

We explore your health from a whole-person perspective. Looking at digestion, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and body type. You’ll receive a personalised wellness plan with practical steps for balance through food, routine, and natural remedies.

What conditions can Ayurveda support?

Digestion, skin, sleep, stress, etc.

How often should I attend a class?

Clients typically take 1–3 classes per week.
