Welcome to Ayurveda and Kinesis Cape Town (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and treatments, including Ayurvedic consultations, body therapies, movement sessions, online content, and any other offerings through our physical location or digital platforms.

By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Health Disclaimer
Our treatments and consultations are based on the principles of Ayurveda and natural wellness practices.
They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the guidance of a qualified medical provider regarding a medical condition.
We do not diagnose disease or prescribe medication. You are responsible for informing your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to any treatment or session.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
4.1 Appointments
All bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is accepted.
4.2 Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time, without a refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before or immediately after your session.
We accept cash, EFT, and online payment gateways listed on our site.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
6. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed treatments or sessions.
If you are unsatisfied, please contact us directly to discuss your experience. Your feedback is important.
7. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Conduct and Respect
We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of a session or future access to services, without a refund.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal and medical information shared with us is treated confidentially.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and graphics—is the property of Ayurveda and Kinesis Cape Town and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be held liable for any injuries, health complications, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects arising from treatments, services, or misuse of advice.
You agree to participate at your own risk and release Ayurveda and Kinesis Cape Town and its staff from any and all claims.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
