Ayurveda & Kinesis Cape Town is a unique wellness studio dedicated to restoring balance, vitality, and freedom of movement. We blend the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with innovative movement practices like GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, creating a holistic space for healing and personal transformation.
Founded by Sophie Daniels-Uys, a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, Massage therapist and experienced GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® teacher, our studio welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, increased mobility, or simply a more mindful approach to health, we offer personalised sessions to meet your needs.

Our services include private GYROTONIC® machine sessions, GYROKINESIS® Group Classes, Ayurvedic consultations, and deeply relaxing Pinda Sweda massages. I’m a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner with a bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine obtained in Europe.
