Cancellation & Booking Policy

To maintain the quality of our sessions and respect everyone’s time, the following policies apply:

 

What are the cancellation policies?

Private sessions are for one person only.

All sessions are charged at a per-hour rate.

A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions and classes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance—or failure to show—will be charged in full, without exception.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. Missed time cannot be made up.

All class packs and sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. No extensions will be granted.

Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. They may not be shared between clients.

All purchases are final. Please choose your packages mindfully.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slots.

In the case of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion in rare circumstances.
